Student-Athlete Compliance Information

River Valley High School & Middle School take compliance very seriously, and require that all student-athlete forms and necessary information be up to date. This page provides helpful links and downloads to ensure that when practice begins, each student athlete is ready to play.

RVHS Travel Waiver
To be used with the permission and at the discretion of your student-athlete's coach for each season. Coaches are not obligated to allow students to travel on their own to/from any contest.
